Ema datshi is the most popular dish in Bhutan and chilies,which can be both fresh out farm green or dried red chilli are stewed with traditional bhutaness cheese.
It's spicy,cheesy and delcious and Ema datshi is quick and easy to make.
step for making Ema Datshi
step 1. Add chilli, tomato, garlic, cheese, oil and salt in a pot or without gatlic also we can able to make.
step 2. add a cup of water (or just below the level of ingredients)
step 3. Put the lid on to melt the cheese easily.
step 4. it will take time for cook the ema datshi and Time may vary as per the chilli used
step 5. Enjoy it✌
